At Eleganza London, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours some time may take 1-3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high demand, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Great news – we’re offering FREE shipping on all orders right now! While we usually charge 4.95 per order, we’re waiving the shipping fees as part of our special promotion. Please note, if you decide to return an item, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as the original shipping charge.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a personal tracking code by email. With this code, you can easily track your order in real-time through our trusted partner, Tracking Panel. Please allow 2-3 days for the first updates to appear.
International Fulfilment
Some of our products may be shipped from international warehouses to offer you the best pricing and selection.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by couriers or customs are outside of our control.
What Happens If Something Goes Wrong?
Though we rarely encounter issues, we’re always here to support you. Here’s what we’ll do in the unlikely event of a problem:
Damaged Product: If your item arrives damaged, don’t worry – we’ll send a replacement at no extra charge.
Lost Package: If your package is lost or undeliverable, we’ll send you a new one, free of charge.
Failed Delivery / Refused Package: If delivery attempts fail, or if you refuse the package, you’ll have 7 days to collect it from the post office. After that, it will be returned to us, and we’ll send a replacement. Please note that a second refusal or failure to collect may result in a $15 deduction from your refund.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. After this period, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order.
Note: If a customer insists on canceling the order after the 4-hour deadline, we reserve the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee.
Customs Fees
As we ship directly from our warehouses in Asia, packages may sometimes be inspected by customs. However, in 99% of cases, no additional customs fees are charged. Please note, we no longer have control over these charges due to changes in legislation as of July 1, 2021.
